Trane Technologies is seeking a skilled quality and manufacturing engineer to audit and improve processes, maintain quality records, and implement PFMEA updates. The role involves coordinating line balance and control plans, with a focus on continuous improvement in metal-mechanical manufacturing areas.

Ideal candidates have a 3-year background in manufacturing/process quality, and strong knowledge of CAD tools, Lean, DMAIC, and GD&T. English conversational – advanced is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial and/or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Around 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or quality.
• Knowledge specific to area: Assembly / Sheet Metal / Machining.

Responsabilidades

• Audit and maintain processes in optimal condition.
• Keep methods sheets, visuals, formats and quality records up to date.
• Update PFMEA for product/process changes.
