Trane Technologies is seeking a Process and Quality Engineer (PQE) for the Assembly area to help meet safety, quality, production, delivery, and cost goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in metal-mechanical manufacturing.

You will audit and maintain processes, update PFMEA, control plans, JSA, line balances, and monitor KPIs like scrap, FPY and downtime. A Bachelor's in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering is required with ~3 years in manufacturing/quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Approximately 3 years of experience in manufacturing/quality.
• Conversational to advanced English required.

Responsabilidades

• Audit and maintain processes in optimal condition.
• Update methods sheets, visual aids, formats, and quality records at the source.
• Update PFMEA for product or process changes.
• Update and ensure compliance with the Control Plan and JSA.
• Define and control line balances, standard work, and work sheets.
• Measure and improve SCRAP, FPY, DPU, downtime, and line efficiency.
