Trane Technologies is seeking a Machining Process Quality Engineer in Monterrey to develop robust machining processes, support regular operations, and drive productivity programs. The role will involve defining machine specs, implementing capital equipment, and leading process improvements across manufacturing

You will apply Six Sigma, DOE, A3, 9 Step Problem Solving, and GD&T to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic global company.

Competenze

• 5+ years in machining project management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and GD&T.
• Proficient in DMAIC, Minitab, and AutoCAD.

Mansioni

• Develop machining processes meeting process control and capability requirements, while upholding safety.
• Define machine specifications, approval protocols, runoff, and installation requirements for capital equipment.
• Perform advanced problem solving using 6-Sigma, DOE, A3, 9 Step Problem Solving, and 5-Why to determine root cause.
• Develop, maintain, and improve processes.
• Follow up to EHS scorecard metrics and contribute to Opex initiatives.
