Trane Technologies in Monterrey is seeking a Senior Automation Process Quality Engineer to develop robust manufacturing processes for automation, supporting operations, NPD programs, and productivity initiatives. You will define specs, manage capital equipment, and lead problem solving with 6-Sigma, DOE, A3, 5-Why while mentoring the automation team.

The role requires a Mechanical/Industrial/Mechatronic degree, 5+ years in automation, and strong PLC and GD&T skills; English proficiency expected.

Formación

• BSc in Mechanical/Industrial/Mechatronic or equivalent.
• MSc in Materials/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in Automation and QA in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain automation processes for welding and assembly.
• Define machine specs, approvals, runoff, and installation requirements for capital equipment.
• Solve complex problems using 6-Sigma, DOE, A3, 9 Step, and 5-Why methodologies.
