• Broad range of industrial engineering tools and their application.
• Strong financial and analytical abilities.
• Proven change management and cost reduction experience.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Office suite, Visio, Project and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, design, implement and manage integrated production and service delivery systems.
• Lead projects eliminating waste using standard IE methods.
• Verify time standards and report IE metrics for the area.
• Drive process mapping, SAP and MES configurations, and cost analyses.
• Prepare quotes for projects and support New Product Introduction.
• Coach and mentor IE team members and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure standardization of IE processes across the site.
