Jabil is seeking an Industrial Engineer II to plan, design, implement, and manage integrated production and service delivery systems at the manufacturing site. This role aims for profitability, effectiveness, adaptability, responsiveness, quality, and ongoing life-cycle improvements.

The incumbent will develop time standards, analyze IE metrics, coordinate layouts, monitor SAP and MES configurations, and support lean initiatives to standardize processes and drive cost reductions.

Formación

• Broad range of industrial engineering tools (e.g., work measurement, process mapping, facilities, workstation design).
• Strong analytical ability and data-driven decision making.
• Proven change-management and continuous improvement experience.
• Excellent communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects to eliminate waste using standard IE processes.
• Develop time standards for process steps and data in IEDB.
• Gather and analyze IE metrics for assigned customers or areas.
• Coordinate layout changes and facility moves for assigned areas.
