Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, process engineering, or continuous improvement experience.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, Gemba or similar methods.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze manufacturing processes and performance data to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methods.
• Support production during equipment, process, and new product start-ups.
• Define and execute capital improvement projects from evaluation through implementation.
