Grupo TECMA in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to drive standardization, line balancing, and continuous improvement on production lines.

You will develop process documentation, conduct time and motion studies, and support troubleshooting with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Advanced English is required. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and proficient MS Office skills.

Formación

• Completed degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Manufacturing, Process, or NPI Engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in line balancing.
• Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.

Responsabilidades

• Process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Improvement of work methods and ergonomics.
• Preparation of process documentation (Work Instructions, Visual Aids, FMEA, flowcharts).
• Time and motion studies.
• Production line support, analysis, and troubleshooting.
