Flex is seeking a Process Engineering Technician in Aguascalientes to support manufacturing engineering activities, design workstations, and drive continuous improvement. Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineer, you will help with line setup, training, and process optimization to deliver high-quality products.

You will analyze failures, assist line standardization, manage traceability, and use basic Excel; the role offers a strong compensation package, life and medical insurance, a Christmas

Formación

• Experience in failure analysis and troubleshooting in manufacturing environments.
• Experience implementing line standardization and process controls.
• Experience with traceability systems and data integrity.
• Proficient with basic Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Follow scrap reduction and best-practice initiatives.
• Validate line conditions and standardize processes for product quality.
• Validate ESD controls at workbenches and routing.
• Address traceability issues using the Flex Flow system.

Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineering Technician located in Aguascalientes.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineering Technician role involves activities of the manufacturing engineering department such as stations design, car kits design, training, continuous improvement, failure analysis, repair and rework units, line tune up, checklist follow up.

What a typical day looks like:

• Scrap and best practice follow up.
• Line validation to check the best conditions for the product (standardization).
• ESD controls validation (workbench and routing).
• Traceability issues (Flex Flow).
