Flex is seeking a Process Engineering Technician in Aguascalientes, Mexico, reporting to the Manufacturing Engineer. You will support the manufacturing engineering department with stations design, car kits design, training, continuous improvement, failure analysis, repair and rework, line tune up.

A typical day includes scrap and best-practice follow-up, line validation for standardization, ESD controls validation, and resolving traceability issues.
