Job summary

Franke Group seeks an experienced Process Engineer to provide technical leadership across manufacturing processes, ensuring validation, stability, and efficiency. You will define, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes, implement global standards locally, and lead NPI transfers with strong documentation and time standardization.

The role requires Bachelor’s in engineering, strong Excel skills, and fluent English for effective collaboration in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, modeling, KPI tracking).
• Conversational English is fundamental (ability to communicate effectively in meetings, technical discussions, and documentation).

Responsibilities

• Lead validation and development of manufacturing processes (Laser Cutting, Punching, Press Brakes, Deburring, Fastener Insertion, Welding, Polishing, Assembly).
• Validate and implement technical documentation (SOP, JSI, WI, VA).
• Validate process and product changes from ECR or internal updates.
• Coordinate Ramp-Up activities (Punching, Laser, Part Marker, Assembly).
• Lead line balancing, capacity optimization, and SMED initiatives.
