• Conversational English is essential for meetings, technical discussions, and documentation.

• Provide technical leadership for manufacturing processes across the plant to ensure validation, stability, and continuous improvement.
• Define, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes including documentation, time standards, NPI follow-up, product transfers, and layout definition.
• Lead process validation and development for various manufacturing operations (Laser Cutting, Punching, Bending, Welding, Assembly).
