Job summary

Franke Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement leader to drive the deployment of the FRANKE Continuous Improvement System across the site. You will train, mentor and lead cross-functional teams to implement Lean and Six Sigma projects, reduce variation, and improve margins and delivery performance.

The role demands a strong background in 5S, VSM, Kaizen events and manufacturing systems deployment, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of proven CI and Lean Manufacturing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual English/ Spanish.
• Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD 2D, Oracle and Power BI.
• Black Belt or Lean certified.
• Understanding of linkages between functions and value stream.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing (5S, Standard Work, VSM).
• Experience deploying a manufacturing system to achieve Operational Excellence.
• Knowledge of CI methods, strategic management and project management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the site FRANKE Continuous Improvement System strategy, actions, and cross-functional activities.
• Provide site Lean and Six Sigma training and mentoring.
• Conduct CI System assessments and prioritize improvement activities to close gaps.
• Drive short-term and long-term business improvements.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste and improve margins.
