Procter & Gamble Mexico is seeking an E2E Supply Leader to oversee manufacturing processes in Tepeji del Rio, Hidalgo. The role emphasizes digital analytics, leadership, and continuous improvement within an on-site, full-time setting.

You will lead the line triad, drive RTT DMS ownership, and coach colleagues to advance IWS progress, reporting to the ODM. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver measurable business results.

Formación

• Engineering degree required
• Strong digital analytics and data visualization skills
• Experience with IWS, RTT DMS, or continuous improvement methods preferred

Responsabilidades

• Drive Operational Excellence by ensuring proper HS&E and Quality foundations, managing a DMS for the line, and coaching team members to enhance standards and IWS progress.
• Eliminate losses through continuous improvement cycles, including RE analysis, touch mapping, weekly Hoshin, and implementing solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
• Manage data and visualization tools such as Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS, or similar.
• Support and lead the adoption of digital solutions by facilitating integration, training team members, and driving initiatives for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive Value Creation by participating in yearly loss analyses, collaborating with stakeholders to define impactful solutions, and engaging with cross-functional teams and site Pillar networks.

This role supports the line triad and continuous improvement cycles, including ownership of a RTT (run to taget) DMS ( Daily Management System ) and coaching colleagues for IWS progress.
