Clari + the company is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join our fast-growing Product Engineering team. You will influence architecture and shape the future of our AI-driven enterprise platform used by thousands of customers.

We value deep expertise in distributed systems, Java, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, and modern observability tools. You will mentor engineers and drive cross-functional initiatives that matter to our business.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience building distributed systems or platform infrastructure.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java or a similar object-oriented language.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Shape future-proof interfaces for client-facing teams.
• Brainstorm with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to build new features.
• Lead large cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
• Debug production issues across services and uplevel observability.
• Own architecture decisions across multiple teams and drive long-term technical strategy.
• Mentor Staff and Senior engineers.
