BairesDev is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to define and lead enterprise AI strategy, architecture, and governance. You will drive scalable AI systems, generative AI initiatives, and LLM integration, while mentoring teams across multiple projects from a 100% remote setup.

The role requires 10+ years in AI engineering, strong software architecture skills, and deep expertise in cloud environments and security. Advanced English is essential for collaboration with global stakeholders.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in AI engineering and AI systems design.
• Proven track record with LLM integration, generative AI, and end-to-end AI app development.
• Strong background in software architecture design.
• Solid understanding of security in enterprise AI.
• Experience in distributed, scalable AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
• Ability to evaluate architectures and trade-offs for long-term impact.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workflows.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead enterprise-wide AI strategy, including LLM integration and advanced AI applications.
• Architect and govern large-scale AI systems for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Establish governance frameworks for AI model development and deployment.
• Collaborate with executives, product leaders, and engineering to align AI with business strategy.
• Mentor AI engineers and teams across multiple projects.
