Clari + the company is seeking a Manager, Security Operations and Engineering to lead a hybrid team of security analysts and engineers. You will own the defensive strategy, define how we defend our environment, and partner with Engineering and Infrastructure to build secure-by-default systems.

This role demands a builder with experience in AWS/GCP, incident response leadership, and a track record of delivering risk-informed security programs.

Formación

• 8+ years of overall experience in Security Engineering or Operations.
• Professional working knowledge of AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and Postgres to architect solutions.
• Experience building or maturing vulnerability management across code, dependencies, containers, and cloud infra.
• AI adoption mindset to automate tasks and improve detection and security architecture.
• Ability to analyze security metrics (MTTR, burn-down rates) to drive improvements.
• Proven ability to manage upward with proactive updates and results.
• Experience turning Indicators of Compromise into actionable alerting for the Ops team.
• Familiarity with SaaS controls for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Strong communication to explain risk to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a hybrid team of analysts and engineers, providing guidance and coaching.
• Oversee vulnerability management lifecycle, including scanning, triage, and remediation.
• EnsureSecurity Engineering builds preventive/detective controls for Operations.
• Drive Automation and AI mindset for detection, response, and remediation.
• Escalation point for incidents while overseeing security stack deployment (SIEM, CNAPP, SWG, EDR).
• Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure to embed security in the architecture, secure by default.
• Translate technical risks into business context for CISOs and executives.
