BairesDev, a fast-growing technology partner, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to help shape an enterprise AI assistant across multiple business functions. You will stay hands-on in code and influence orchestration design, retrieval strategies, and evaluation approaches for a scalable AI platform.

You’ll work with distributed teams worldwide, tackle complex challenges in Python, LangChain, and multi-agent systems, and contribute to secure, high-quality AI solutions while enjoying a 100% remote

Formación

• Strong experience with Python in production.
• Experience with agentic/LLM platforms in production.
• Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph, including multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with LLM evaluation strategies, including offline evals or golden dataset design.
• Experience with RAG across structured and unstructured sources.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Distributed systems experience; REST/GraphQL on AWS.
• Advanced level of English.

Senior AI Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll contribute to the architecture of an enterprise AI assistant serving employees across multiple business functions. Staying hands-on in code, you'll help shape orchestration design, retrieval strategy, and evaluation approaches for an agentic AI platform.

What You’ll Do

• Help design multi-agent orchestration, including skill invocation and routing.
• Support retrieval strategy across structured and unstructured data sources.
• Help build and evolve the evaluation harness used to validate AI system behavior.
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and support technical decisions.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in Python.
• Background working on agentic or LLM platforms in production.
• Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph, including multi-agent orchestration and tool invocation.
• Experience with LLM evaluation strategy, including offline evals or golden dataset design.
• Experience with RAG over structured and unstructured sources.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with distributed systems and REST/GraphQL on AWS.
• Advanced level of English.

Nice To Have

• Experience with agent-to-agent communication patterns.
• Experience with model gateway and routing tools.
• Experience with vector database selection, such as Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, or pgvector.
• Security mindset, including secure coding and data governance.
