Sensient Technologies Corporation is hiring a Pricing & Product Lead for Food Colors Latam. Based in Lerma, Toluca, you will steer pricing strategy and profitability across product lines, collaborating with Finance, Marketing, and Sales to optimize portfolio economics.

You will develop pricing models, conduct margin analyses, and support market positioning with value-based pricing for new platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and English proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in B2C or B2B pricing, especially with cost structures tied to manufacturing, raw materials or commodities.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, pricing analysis and value proposition development.
• Understanding of market dynamics and portfolio economics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pricing strategy and execution: provide pricing quotes for new projects, coordinate tender pricing, lead customer pricing discussions and annual price reviews.
• Drive profitability through pricing analytics: analyze margins, input cost inflation, and portfolio economics to recommend pricing actions by product line/SKU.
• Develop segment and portfolio pricing strategies: partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and General Management to define customer-segment pricing and portfolio decisions.
• Support value-based pricing and market positioning: ensure pricing aligns with product positioning and marketing plans, supporting value propositions for new products.
• Build pricing capabilities and governance: develop pricing models and tools, monitor trends, and document pricing changes for internal audits.

Our Pricing & Product Lead for Food Colors Latam role is responsible for leading the pricing strategy in alignment with the business unit’s product portfolio strategy, ensuring that pricing decisions are directly connected to profitability (P&L) by product line and aligned with commercial and marketing strategies.

The role acts as the analytical link between Finance, Marketing, and Sales, providing strategic and analytical thinking to address profitability and portfolio positioning challenges, while identifying strengths and opportunities based on product technologies and market dynamics.

• This role is full-time office based in Lerma, Toluca.

What You Will Do:

• Lead pricing strategy and execution: Provide timely pricing quotations for new projects, coordinate tender pricing, and lead customer pricing discussions and annual price reviews.
• Drive profitability through pricing analytics: Analyze margins, input cost inflation, and portfolio economics to recommend pricing actions that improve profitability by product line/SKU.
• Develop segment and portfolio pricing strategies: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and General Management to define customer-segment pricing and support portfolio segmentation, prioritization, rationalization, and investment decisions.
• Support value-based pricing and market positioning: Ensure pricing is aligned with product positioning and marketing plans, while supporting value propositions and value-based pricing for new product platforms.
• Build pricing capabilities and ensure governance: Develop and continuously improve pricing models and tools, monitor regulatory and consumer trends, and maintain accurate documentation of pricing changes for internal audit compliance.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2C or B2B pricing, particularly in environments with cost structures linked to manufacturing, raw materials and/or commodities (ideally in CPG, food ingredients or related industries).
• Knowledge in product lifecycle management, pricing analysis and value proposition development.
• Understanding of market dynamics, product technologies, and their impact on portfolio economics.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a strong customer focus.
• At least intermediate-advanced level of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI or similar, and CRM systems and reporting platforms.
