The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Counter Manager to lead and develop our sales team in a prestige beauty environment. You will coach staff, drive exceptional customer service, and ensure operational targets are met while delivering a premium in-store experience.

You will craft and execute agile business plans, recruit and retain customers through strategic events, CRM, and targeted campaigns, and guide the team to achieve business goals with strong leadership.
