Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Preschool Teacher role located in Monterrey, NLE at Colegio Mirasierra by Brillamont. The Preschool Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering developmentally appropriate learning activities that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth in young children. Daily tasks include preparing engaging lessons and classroom materials, guiding group and individual activities, supporting early literacy and numeracy, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. The role involves ongoing communication with families about student progress, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and school initiatives, and participating in staff meetings and professional development. The Preschool Teacher also observes and documents student development, adapts instruction to diverse learning needs, and promotes positive behavior and respectful interactions.

Qualifications
