Instituto Thomas Jefferson Campus Guadalajara, S.C. in Mexico seeks an enthusiastic early childhood assistant to support the lead teacher by implementing preschool lesson plans, learning activities, and educational games that align with our curriculum.

You will supervise and engage children, reinforce behavior expectations, prepare materials, maintain a safe, clean classroom, and collaborate with staff to provide individualized support and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support Classroom Instruction by assisting lead teacher with lesson plans and activities.
• Supervise and engage children during activities, meals, and outdoor play.
• Assist with behavior management and social-emotional development.
• Prepare learning materials and displays for hands-on learning.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
• Provide individualized support to children needing extra help.
• Observe and report developmental progress to the lead teacher.
• Support daily routines and transitions, promoting independence.
• Encourage positive, inclusive interactions among students.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent teaching practices.
