International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking a dedicated Preschool Support Teacher to assist the lead teacher with daily lesson plans and engaging activities in our early childhood program.

You will supervise children, help with behavior management, prepare materials, ensure a safe environment, and collaborate with staff to support a nurturing and inclusive classroom culture for young learners in Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree Lic. Educación Preescolar or equivalent (required).
• TKT Training Course.

Responsabilidades

• Support Classroom Instruction by assisting lead teacher with lesson plans and activities.
• Supervise and engage children during activities, meals, and outdoor play.
• Assist with behavior management and social-emotional development.
• Prepare learning materials and displays for hands-on learning.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment; sanitize toys and surfaces.
• Provide individualized support to children needing extra help.
• Observe and report developmental progress to the lead teacher.
• Support routines and transitions: arrivals, departures, toileting, meals, rest.
• Encourage positive interaction and inclusive classroom culture.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in teaching and childcare.
