Schneider Electric is seeking a motivated student to support plant operations in Monterrey area. You will monitor production KPIs, drive compliance with targets, and develop reporting tools to provide visibility into line status and risks.

You will prepare executive-level reports for business reviews and work with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions. This is an on-site, mornings role with significant growth opportunities.

Formación

  • Pursuing a degree in an engineering or related business field.
  • Graduation: December 2027 or later.
  • On-site mornings availability required.

What will you do?:
  • Provide operational support to the production line by monitoring performance, tracking key operational KPIs, and driving compliance to established targets.
  • Develop and maintain preventive reporting tools that provide visibility into production line status, risks, and overall performance.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reports to support business unit performance reviews and decision-making processes.

  • Advanced English communication skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, curious, and eager to challenge the status quo by understanding the "why" behind processes and decisions.
  • Ability to build relationships across functions and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Graduating in December 2027 or later.
  • Availability to work in the mornings (100% on site).
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
