Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to enhance production efficiency and equipment reliability in a dynamic Mexican manufacturing setting. You will design and optimize systems, implement preventive maintenance, and lead lean-driven improvements across processes and equipment.

The role emphasizes data-driven optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to drive performance, quality, and safety outcomes on the shop floor.

Join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Engineer and make a tangible impact on production efficiency and equipment reliability. This role offers the opportunity to design innovative solutions, optimize processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What will you do?
  • Design and optimize manufacturing systems with focus on process design, capacity planning, and performance metrics

  • Analyze production data and equipment performance to identify and execute process optimization opportunities
