Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, Veterinary to own paid media for veterinary clients. You will lead targeting, budgets, and the narrative on calls, acting as the strategic voice for client engagements.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms, optimize ROAS/CPA, and drive long-term growth with multi-location practices while communicating clearly with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, campaigns built and optimized.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English on live calls with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrative on the call.
• Account growth including retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for veterinary or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
