Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Veterinary. You will own paid media for veterinary clients, setting budgets, roadmaps and narratives for client discussions. The role requires strategic voice, deep campaign management and growth across multiple accounts.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with strong focus on ROAS, CPA and pipeline improvements while communicating effectively with US-based clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for veterinary or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
