Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, Veterinary. You own paid media for veterinary clients, guiding budget, roadmap, and narrative on client calls. You lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle bidding, testing, and attribution, and drive retention and upsell with a data-driven approach.

Remote role with US/Canada/LatAm availability; strong English on live calls required; agency multi-client experience highly valued.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for veterinary or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
