DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking an Electrical or Civil Project Support Engineer to join our Queretaro Tech Center. The role supports utility-scale Solar and BESS EPC projects with limited international travel.

You will lead multidisciplinary coordination, ensure design alignment with contracts, and drive meetings with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and in compliance with codes and regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor or higher degree in electrical, civil or mechanical engineering with SEP in Mexico.
• Experience with EPC projects and site development.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Experience creating reports and compiling data.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate across disciplines.
• Knowledge of engineering principles for analysis and design.
• Familiarity with NFPA, ASCE, AISC, ACI, IEEE, IEC, ANSI and NEC/NFPA or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering coordination across the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs and deliverables meet contractual requirements and design intent.
• Facilitate engineering and site development meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve civil and structural challenges including site prep, foundation design, drainage, and erosion control.
• Balance cost, schedule, quality, and risk through value engineering.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements (SWPPP and local/federal codes).
• Identify and mitigate engineering risks and project constraints.
• Collaborate with procurement, scheduling, construction, quality, commissioning, and design teams.
• Develop and review scopes of work, data sheets, RFIs, and pre-construction deliverables.
• Support proposal, bid, and contract development with technical input.
