Axented is seeking an experienced Project Manager for power EPC projects, responsible for full-lifecycle delivery and ensuring on-time, profitable results. You will coordinate contract scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client relationships.

The role requires 8+ years in power EPC or large engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership PM role, plus strong PMI/PMBOK knowledge and multilingual communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of power EPC / large engineering experience, with 3+ years as project manager.
• Familiar with PMI / PMBOK, EPC contracts, schedule, cost, procurement, risk, change claims, stakeholder and team management.
• 8+ years of project experience; led at least one substation/line or large power project from start-up to handover.
• Ability to govern projects, manage the master schedule, make risk decisions, handle contract claims, coordinate resources.
• Fluent Spanish; English B2-C1; able to chair commercial/technical meetings and written briefings; Chinese experience is a plus.
• At least 3+ years as project manager; manage cross-discipline teams and travel.
• Location flexible: based in Mexico; dual-location work between Mexico City and project sites; frequent travel; on-site residency during critical phases.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full-lifecycle delivery of power EPC projects from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate contract, scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Monitor SPI / CPI, cash flow and contractual obligations; manage changes and risks.
• Lead client relationships and commercial negotiations; build the project team.
• Drive lessons learned and ensure project milestones meet targets.
