Eaton Corporation's ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Project Manager to lead plant projects portfolio (STP, NPI, VAVE) and champion PROLaunch OpA at the plant. You will manage all stages from initiation to closure and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure on-time industrialization.

The role requires steering risk, maintaining PM standards, developing schedules, and reporting status to stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.

Responsabilidades

• Leads cross-functional team on project planning and execution to meet scope, schedule and cost.
• Leads risk management for the project and mitigation of issues to achieve targets.
• Ensures use of standard program management processes and PM reporting to stakeholders.
• Develops and monitors detailed Project Schedule/Plan and tracks milestones.
