Job summary

Eaton Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Support Analyst to support our Power BI-based self-service data platforms (Elixir, Athena, NEMA, NAS & MCO Analytics). You will handle internal requests for dashboard access, Power BI navigation help, and general troubleshooting.

As a Tier I–III support specialist, you will ensure data freshness by triggering refreshes, assist with UAT for new data products, and collaborate with the BI team to promote best practices and improve user experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3 years working in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering or related STEM fields.
• Experience with relational databases or data warehouses.
• Proficient with SQL, DAX, and M.
• Understanding of data modeling techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate a modern BI stack (Power Platform + Azure).

Responsibilities

• A. Use Office 365 Tools to create a standardized support channel for internal analytics issues.
• B. Provide Tier I–III support and escalation to senior analysts as required.
• C. Review workspace health and trigger dataflow/dataset refreshes to keep data up to date.
• D. Support User Acceptance Testing for new and enhanced data products.
• E. Collaborate with BI team to promote best practices and reduce redundancies.
• F. Understand data and KPIs across analytics tools.
• G. Engage end users to grow analytics use across North American sales, marketing, and operations.
• H. Improve UX with better visuals and performance optimizations.
