Job summary

HP is seeking a data analytics professional to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that support ITAD operations and performance management. You will analyze data to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement, and define KPIs to guide business decisions.

You will also support the ITAD portal, assist users with data issues, ensure data quality, and collaborate with regional teams to enhance functionality and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in data analytics, BI, supply chain, operations, or IT asset management.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience supporting business applications, portals, or digital workflow solutions.
• Experience in IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for ITAD operations and performance management.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, exceptions, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Define and monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
• Support the ITAD portal and assist users with data issues and workflow questions.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to improve portal usability, data quality, and reporting.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into dashboards, reports, and portal enhancements.
• Validate data across systems and reports, investigating inconsistencies and guiding quality improvements.
• Support testing and validation of portal changes, including user acceptance testing.
• Prepare performance reports for operational reviews and communicate findings clearly.
• Identify opportunities to automate or simplify manual reporting and processes.
• Create documentation, guides, and training materials for ITAD portal users.
