Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Business Intelligence Support Analyst to assist Power BI-based platforms such as Elixir, Athena, NEMA and NAS & MCO Analytics Dashboards. The role focuses on internal customer support, access management and troubleshooting to maximize data usage.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years in analytics or BI, strong SQL/DAX/M language skills, and experience with Power Platform and Azure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
3 years working in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering or related STEM fields.
Proficiency with relational databases or data warehouses.
Experience with SQL, DAX, and M.
Understanding of data modeling techniques.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform + Azure is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier I–III support for Power BI-based self-service data platforms.
Manage dashboard access requests and navigation assistance.
Troubleshoot data pipelines and analytics workloads.
Support UAT for new/enhanced data products (reports, data models, ETL processes).
Collaborate with analytics team to promote best practices and improve user experience.
Engage end users to increase analytics adoption across North American Sales, Marketing and Operations.
