Job summary

Smurfit Westrock Packaging Solutions is seeking a hands-on BI Developer in Mexico to turn business needs into reliable data solutions, dashboards, and process automations using Microsoft Power Platform.

You will collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to improve decision-making through high-quality reporting, data modeling, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development, with strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices.
• Advanced English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, data warehousing, and query performance-tuning skills.
• Experience with ETL development and Power Automate; Alteryx knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
