AgileEngine in Mexico is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires strong Power BI, SQL, and data modeling skills to translate business needs into effective data solutions.

You will work with Snowflake, SAP-based sources, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics while maintaining data quality and governance; this role suits a proactive analytical

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience in data modeling, transformation, and integration.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and consistency.
• Experience onboarding data from enterprise source systems.
• Strong troubleshooting across data solution layers.
• Clear communication of data concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify data and source structures.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → platform → model → visuals.
• Improve data consistency, quality, and reliability with teams.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decisions.
• Document data definitions, logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
