AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights for Fortune 500 brands. Design data models, optimize DAX calculations, and integrate Snowflake and SAP sources while translating business requirements into reliable analytics.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
Expertise in Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualizations.
Strong SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Data modeling, transformation, and integration knowledge.
Strong business analysis and requirements gathering.
Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.
Understanding data quality, governance, KPIs, and consistency.
Experience onboarding data from enterprise source systems.
Troubleshooting across data solution layers.
Able to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to identify KPIs and data needs.
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Translate requirements into data models and metrics.
Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
Onboard data into enterprise platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
Troubleshoot end-to-end data/reporting issues.
Collaborate to improve data quality and reliability.
Promote reusable data models and KPI definitions.
Guide stakeholders on data visualization best practices.
Document data definitions and reporting logic.
Work in an Agile, distributed team.
