Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard and report development.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA or SAP data sources.
• Data modeling, transformation, and integration knowledge.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPIs, and consistency.
• Experience onboarding data from enterprise sources.
• Troubleshooting across data solution layers.
• Strong communication and ability to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, and data definitions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reports.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to semantic layer.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, reliability, and consistency.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
