AgileEngine in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

You will design data models, work with Snowflake and SAP HANA sources, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to data governance and analytics best practices in an Agile, distributed team.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational/analytic data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements and work with stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify required data and coordinate availability.
• Support onboarding/integration of data into the enterprise platform (Snowflake and SAP sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to semantic layer to Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across the business.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization and analytics for decision-making.

ABOUT THE ROLE

MUST HAVES

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
• Support the onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system -> data platform -> semantic/model layer -> Power BI.
• Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment and collaborate with distributed and remote teams.
