Global Payments Inc. is seeking a POS support specialist to resolve client and merchant issues related to dial-up card swipe terminals and standard software-based systems. You will use documented processes and contribute to the knowledgebase.

The role involves entering information into databases, following policies, and continuing training to stay updated on POS products, policies, and regulations. Strong problem-solving and basic research skills are helpful.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Typically minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Typically minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience with a payments focus.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve client and/or merchant POS support issues using documentation.
• Enter data into databases to track and resolve issues.
• Develop knowledgebase with new POS policies and procedures.
