You will tailor training, provide demonstrations, and evaluate outcomes, with a focus on continuous improvement and expanding knowledge.

The role involves on-site client support, basic design tasks, and collaboration with colleagues to enable effective knowledge transfer.

Formación

• Experience delivering training on payment processing products.
• Knowledge of regulatory mandates and payment brand compliance.
• Ability to tailor content to audience needs.
• Experience evaluating training outcomes.
• Proficiency in a second language (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Delivers training content following a course syllabus with clarity and consistency.
• Tailors content based on individual customer needs and directs simple design projects when needed.
• Provides basic cross-training and support for colleagues.
• Contributes to on-site client training and support with guidance from a trainer/manager.
