Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and executing public affairs, government affairs, or healthcare policy strategies.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare, regulatory, and public policy environment.
• Experience building relationships with government authorities, healthcare institutions, policymakers, and industry associations.
• Ability to monitor, analyze, and interpret legislative and regulatory developments and their business implications.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, influencing, and advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and manage policy, regulatory, and reputational risks.
• Commitment to compliance, ethics, and responsible stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the country Public Affairs strategy.
• Shape healthcare policy and regulation to support innovation and access.
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities and stakeholders.
• Create stakeholder engagement plans to advance public affairs and policy goals.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess impact.
• Provide policy insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Develop policy positions and advocacy materials for engagement with coalitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reimbursement and procurement.
• Support disease awareness campaigns and align external communications with product value propositions.
• Identify and mitigate policy and reputational risks, ensuring compliance.
