Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Portfolio Operations Associate to support cross-functional PMO portfolio operations, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. You will assist the Portfolio Analyst, maintain portfolio data in Planview, and coordinate documentation across Finance, Technology, and Project Management teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on data integrity, dashboard support, and continuous process improvement, without owning portfolio strategy or investment decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in project management or coordination preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Planview, Smartsheet, Planisware.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate portfolio and project activities to align with PMO objectives.
• Support Planview administration, data maintenance, reporting, and user support.
• Maintain accurate portfolio information: schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and status updates.
• Assist monthly and quarterly reporting through data collection and documentation.
• Prepare and distribute standard portfolio reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Ensure data quality and resolve gaps with stakeholders.
