Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years in product marketing or operations, strong project management and communication skills, and experience with Salesforce, Seismic, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office. Travel up to 10%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing, product operations, commercial operations, sales enablement, marketing operations, or related functions.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization.
• Strong project management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Seismic, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsabilidades

• The Portfolio Operations Associate serves as the operational and commercial execution partner to Product Management, translating portfolio strategy into actionable tools, processes, communications, and enablement programs that support commercial success.
• This role coordinates product lifecycle activities, supports channel and commercial teams, manages portfolio-related requests, enables successful product launches, and drives execution across internal stakeholders.
