MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a Project Management Consultant to support engagements in Monterrey, Mexico. The role is 100% onsite with travel to Saltillo for plant visits. You will bridge the client and development teams, manage schedules, monitor progress, and lead cross-functional activities.

Requirements include 3–6 years in PM, a Bachelor’s in engineering, and fluent English. Join a global firm delivering project, program, and portfolio management with opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do

As a Project Management Consultant at MIGSO-PCUBED, you will be part of the implementation of a new Manufacturing Management System. In this role, you will:

• Act as the bridge between the client and the programming team.
• Support the management of the project.
• Work with project schedules and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure proper follow-up.
• Lead and coordinate project activities with different stakeholders.

Who You Are

• You have 3-6 years of experience in Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Passion for Project Management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and a knack for solving problems before they arise.

Work Model: 100% Onsite

Travel: Visits to the plant in Saltillo. Travel expenses are covered.
