Slalom Mexico is seeking self-driven professionals to join a team focused on project management, process/operations, and business analysis. The role supports hybrid work (1-2 days in the office) as the team builds capacity and delivers across client projects in a Mexican context.

You’ll own planning, execution, and tracking of projects, coordinating with business, technology, and client stakeholders, and managing risks and dependencies.

Formación

• Experience in planning and managing timelines across one or more project workstreams.
• Ability to define, track, and support scope changes while maintaining delivery alignment.
• Proactively identify, track, and support mitigation of delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating across business, technology, and client stakeholders.
• Delivery models: Agile and/or Waterfall.
• Working knowledge of Jira or similar delivery management tools.
• Ability to produce clear, audience-appropriate status updates and delivery communications.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience with basic budget tracking and delivery cost.
• Comfort operating in client environments and supporting delivery conversations.
• Experience planning, facilitating meetings and documenting ceremonies.

• Support change requests, impact assessment, and delivery adjustments as projects evolve.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery practices, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and outcomes.
