Honeywell International, Inc. seeks an on-site Commissioning Electronics Engineer to assist engineering teams in test execution, PLC programming, and customer acceptance activities.

You will work under supervision on medium‑complexity projects and contribute to commissioning and as‑built documentation. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, English proficiency, willingness to travel, and at least 3 years PLC programming experience (Allen Bradley), plus 1 year using HMI Ignition.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Willingness to travel.
• English language proficiency.
• At least 3 years’ experience programming PLCs (Allen Bradley).
• At least 1 year’s experience with HMI Ignition.
• Knowledge of Ethernet TCP/IP and X2X serial communication.
• Knowledge and experience with HMI and AOI.
• Willingness to work from Mexico City.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in initial System Design Review in collaboration with engineering specialists using PLC software.
• Prepare PLC programs integrating subroutines, programs and device mapping.
• Support commissioning, design changes and provision of as‑built project documentation.
• Participate in PLC code reviews and audits.
• Support continuous improvement of project process, product and system design via lessons‑learned feedback.
• Ensure accurate application and implementation of standard processes and tools in preparing accurate PLC programming.
• Support risk and opportunity assessments during the commissioning phase and handle technical risks by following mitigation guidelines.
