A global technology company in Monterrey, Nuevo León, is seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineer. You will design and develop control systems and algorithms, program PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems, and conduct system testing and debugging. The ideal candidate has proven experience with PLC platforms and strong analytical skills. This role provides opportunities to optimize processes in a complex industrial environment and requires solid technical communication abilities.

Formación

• Proven experience with PLC platforms such as Allen Bradley and Siemens.
• Proficiency in programming SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems.
• Strong skills in system testing, integration, and commissioning.
• Analytical mindset to identify process improvements.
• Solid technical documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop control systems and algorithms based on project requirements.
• Program and configure PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems.
• Conduct system integration, testing, and debugging.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of control systems.
• Analyze existing processes for automation and optimization.
• Document control system designs, configurations, and maintenance.

Conocimientos

Proven experience with PLC platforms such as Allen Bradley or Siemens

Proficiency in programming SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems

Strong skills in system testing, integration, and commissioning

Analytical mindset for process improvements

Educación

Certifications in industrial automation

• Design and develop control systems and algorithms based on project requirements.

• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Document control system designs, configurations, and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, mechanical and electrical engineers.

Requirements

• Proven experience with PLC platforms such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems.
• Strong skills in system testing, integration, and commissioning.
• Analytical mindset to identify process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in industrial automation.
