Global Connect Technologies seeks an experienced PLC Programmer & Commissioning Engineer to lead PLC programming, debugging, and integration across automation projects. You will work with Siemens S7/TIA Portal and Allen-Bradley Studio 5000, while developing HMI/SCADA solutions and ensuring robust I/O, network, and motion control performance.

You will also perform commissioning, FAT/SAT, and onsite support, interfacing with robots, vision systems, conveyors, MES, and other automation equipment.

Formación

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for automation system
• Program Siemens PLCs using TIA Portal/Step 7 and Allen-Bradley using Studio 5000/RSLogix 500
• Develop and troubleshoot HMI/SCADA applications using WinCC and FactoryTalk
• Configure and troubleshoot I/O, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and industrial network
• Perform PLC commissioning, startup, FAT/SAT, testing, and system integration
• Troubleshoot EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, and Modbus communications
• Integrate PLCs with robots, vision systems, conveyors, MES, and other automation equipment
• Read electrical schematics and support remote troubleshooting with onsite team
