Job summary

EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Platform Engineer to support the R&D IT product group. You will design and evolve a cloud-native microservices platform used by internal teams and external partners for study design and execution, embedding a BizDevOps mindset across a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities include building REST API integrations, driving CI/CD pipelines, incident handling in ServiceNow, and maintaining SDLC and Confluence documentation while ensuring GxP compliance and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building cloud-native applications.
• Ability to drive technical design and architecture decisions.
• Experience gathering requirements with business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience delivering design, build, test, and deploy across releases.
• Background with REST API integrations and microservices.
• CI/CD pipeline development and automation experience.
• Familiarity with GxP compliance and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical design and architecture for the protocol design platform.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across design, build, test and deploy.
• Build REST API integrations linking to upstream and downstream systems.
• Advance CI/CD rollout and automation for reliable releases.
• Maintain logs, SDLC docs, and Confluence pages current.
• Ensure platform security and GxP compliance across releases.
• Serve as SME across regions and business units.
